The site was created by Pat McLagan, a 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient from the Association for Talent Development and one of 100 Inspiring Minds recognized by the University of Minnesota. Pat has spent more than five decades helping organizations and leaders navigate complex change — including over twenty years working in South Africa during the transition to democracy. This project draws on that experience and on rigorously validated, nonpartisan research.

Every fact and link is verified across multiple sources and cross-checked for accuracy. The research process includes three AI platforms that surface data and pressure-test claims — but a research savvy human makes all final judgments on data merits, not political leanings.
