Standard blurb (about 150 words)

Voting well takes more than showing up. It takes knowing what is actually true.

ClaimYourVoterPower.org is a free, nonpartisan civic education resource built for people who want reliable information without wading through news, opinion, and misinformation. It is a voter empowerment site, whose Fact Briefs take on the subjects most tangled by bad information — immigration, election security, the federal budget and national debt, health care, and more — and lay out only what is measurable, sourced, and checkable. No motives, no predictions, no talking points.

Fillable and other tools and resources round it out. For example, Your Path to YOUR Vote walks a voter through registration, deadlines, and options. At the Polls On Voting Day covers what to bring, what to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Every document is free to download, print, copy, and distribute. Take what is useful to your members.

Who made this

Claim Your Voter Power is a free public service created by Patricia McLagan, an award-winning leadership and empowerment expert and author who has spent more than five decades helping public and private sector leaders and individuals navigate complex change across six continents — including South Africa as it launched its democracy. She built it to cut through the complexity and confusion that disempower "We the people," holding every fact and link to a documented, nonpartisan standard, with no political sponsors and no party or candidate funding.
